Hogfish Pools
Owner-Operated Custom Pool Builder Serving Seminole & Pinellas County
About Hogfish Pools
Hogfish Pools and Spas is a Seminole-based custom pool builder bringing over 30 years of combined home-building and pool construction experience to Pinellas County backyards. Owners Matt Minassian and Justin Flye stay personally involved from design through final inspection — offering the kind of hands-on attention that larger, high-volume contractors rarely provide.
Whether you're dreaming of a simple in-ground pool, a resort-style oasis with a spa and water features, or a fully built-out outdoor living space, Hogfish delivers tailored shotcrete pool construction without the custom-price-tag markup. Services extend well beyond pool installation: hardscapes including pool decks, driveways, and patios; professional landscaping; custom outdoor kitchens; and fire pit installations.
Multiple financing options are available to fit a range of budgets. Hogfish Pools serves homeowners throughout Seminole, Largo, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, and the surrounding Pinellas County beaches area.
From initial design to the day you dive in, the team aims to make the building process seamless — treating every client like family.
